QA Automation Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous QA Automation Developer tasked with guaranteeing the quality, dependability, and performance of our web and mobile applications, automation workflows, and WhatsApp-based solutions.

Key Duties

• Develop and implement detailed test plans and cases.
• Execute both manual and automated testing on web and mobile platforms.
• Validate workflows, automations, and integrations built with n8n.
• Test WhatsApp chatbot interactions, messaging automations, and user experience flows.
• Conduct API and integration testing to ensure system functionality.
• Detect, document, monitor, and confirm software bugs.
• Perform regression, functional, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Define and maintain QA standards and best testing practices.
• Confirm that software releases meet quality standards before deployment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of three years in QA roles.
• Proven experience testing both web and mobile applications.
• Strong familiarity with n8n automation workflow testing.
• Experience testing solutions on the WhatsApp Business Platform.
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.
• Hands-on with automation testing frameworks.
• Knowledgeable about Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent skills in documentation and communication.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Capability in security and performance testing.
• Possession of ISTQB certification is considered a plus.
