Job description
Overview
The Manufacturing Operator role at Stryker encompasses performing standardized operational tasks involved with manufacturing, inspecting, and packaging medical devices, adhering to quality and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce, package, and label medical products accurately within a team following established standard operating procedures.
- Carry out inspections of components using precise measurement tools to verify adherence to engineering specifications.
- Maintain and complete production documentation and equipment maintenance logs comprehensively.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and uphold rigorous housekeeping standards.
- Strictly follow all Health and Safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform final inspections of finished goods including review of Device History Records (DHR).
- Demonstrate safe operational practices including correct equipment usage, product verification, and compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), line clearance, and the five pillars methodology.

Compensation and Additional Information
The hourly wage for this role in Macroom, Ireland is €16.87. Compensation may also include incentive payments like bonuses where applicable, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. Stryker values transparency in remuneration to assist candidates in making informed career decisions.
