Position Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer role focuses on designing, refining, and managing factory production methods to efficiently convert product designs into top-quality physical products. Emphasis is placed on lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes, tools, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, assess, and enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Design assembly procedures for new products and re-evaluate existing ones to boost efficiency.
  • Support production teams in implementing improvements and handling changes.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is available for pre-production and special runs.
  • Create production documents required for products, prototypes, and assemblies.
  • Introduce innovative methods to enhance current operations and reduce costs.
  • Address technical manufacturing issues.
  • Collaborate with technical departments to prepare cost estimates for new projects and improvements.
  • Participate in procurement and design of production and handling equipment.
  • Engage with Lean Supervisor in waste elimination and lean projects.
  • Adhere to integrated management system procedures and lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
  • Comply with international trade regulations.
  • Contribute to company standards that focus on customers, culture, and continuous improvement.
  • Submit improvement suggestions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Respect environmental protection regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • University degree in electrical or electronic engineering.
  • Minimum one year of electrical engineering experience.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Competent in CAD and technical drawing.
  • Strong understanding of CAD/CAM systems and manufacturing processes, especially lean manufacturing.
  • Ability to read and prepare electrical documentation.
  • Innovative mindset with attention to detail and practicality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams.
