Loader/Offloader - Night Shift

Role Overview

Are you someone who thrives in an active warehouse setting and values teamwork and safety? Join us as a Loader/Offloader working nights in Rathcoole. This position involves handling loading and unloading tasks efficiently and ensuring safe material handling in a fast-moving environment.

Work Schedule

The role requires working from Monday to Friday during the night shift between 22:00 and 06:00.

Key Duties

• Safely and efficiently loading and unloading goods from trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Transporting materials and products to designated storage and staging locations.
• Inspecting shipments for any damage, shortages, or inconsistencies.
• Organizing and stacking products securely to protect from damage.
• Using manual handling equipment such as pallet trucks and forklifts if qualified.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Reporting any damaged goods, equipment faults, or safety issues, while helping to meet daily targets.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in roles involving loading, unloading, warehousing, or logistics, along with the ability to work well in physically demanding situations. Attention to detail, effective time management, and knowledge of safe material handling are crucial.
