Role Overview

As the Lead Product Designer, you will take a hands-on, strategic role in creating advanced AI-driven products that revolutionize industries. You will seamlessly bridge high-level product vision with detailed execution, ensuring complex AI technologies are designed to be user-friendly, elegant, and intuitive.

Key Responsibilities

• Steer the entire design lifecycle for the core application, including creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that adhere to user-centric design and advance AI interactions.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence product strategy using your design thinking and user research expertise, balancing user needs with business goals.
• Communicate and champion your design vision across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with product managers and engineers to drive execution.
• Lead interactive workshops with diverse stakeholders to convert complex user and project requirements into actionable design solutions.
• Conduct usability tests and gather user feedback to constantly refine and enhance products, advocating consistently for the user.
• Partner with front-end developers to implement design specifications precisely, ensuring a seamless and engaging user interface.
• Promote user experience standards and design principles within the company, keeping abreast of industry trends and technologies to strengthen AI71's design culture.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 8 years in product design (UX/UI) roles, with at least 2 years leading design teams; a portfolio demonstrating high-quality software design work is required.
• Expertise in tools like Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience designing AI-powered applications, complex data visualizations, or enterprise-grade software is highly advantageous.
• Strong product mindset with a clear ability to solve user problems while driving business results through design.
• Proficiency in usability testing and user research practices with a passion for applying insights to product enhancements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities, able to present ideas and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ability to work autonomously in dynamic, fast-paced environments, effectively managing ambiguity and driving projects forward.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related discipline preferred.
