Role Overview

The Manager of Business Operations supports the Applied AI function by managing its daily operational framework. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, this role is accountable for the seamless execution of routine business activities such as reporting cycles, meeting scheduling, tracking progress, follow-ups, and delivering analytical insights underpinning leadership decisions. As an individual contributor, this role requires hands-on ownership of various tasks executed with precision and speed, collaborating cross-functionally with teams like Product, Commercial, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Corporate Functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the cadence of recurring meetings and reporting structures including weekly leadership meetings, monthly reviews, and quarterly planning, ensuring agendas, data collection, decisions, and follow-up actions are handled efficiently.
• Oversee KPI and OKR trackers by sourcing, validating data, identifying anomalies, and preserving data accuracy and reliability.
• Create and update leadership reporting packages and dashboards with consistent formatting and precise data.
• Maintain the action and decision logs, actively following up with stakeholders to prevent missed commitments.
• Assist in preparing presentations and materials for board, investors, and partners, ensuring data accuracy and version control.
• Document and refine operational processes to evolve from ad hoc solutions toward standardized, repeatable workflows.
• Conduct thorough research and analyses related to business, market, and commercial aspects, summarizing findings in a clear and structured manner.
• Develop and manage various models and tracking tools monitoring pipeline, forecasts, resourcing, and delivery progress.
• Lead cross-functional projects by managing project plans, coordinating inputs, tracking milestones, and highlighting potential obstacles.
• Prepare briefing notes and summaries ahead of key internal and external meetings.
• Execute discrete tasks delegated by the Head of Business Operations with thoroughness and diligence.
• Support commercial reporting efforts, including opportunity tracking, win/loss analysis, and revenue inputs.
• Collaborate with Commercial leadership on pricing analysis, proposals, and go-to-market documentation.
• Maintain comprehensive records of partnership activities with status updates and next steps.
• Coordinate interdepartmental contributions to ensure timely delivery of reporting, planning, and forecasting cycles.

Qualifications and Experience

• Between 4 to 8 years in business operations, strategy, consulting, corporate development, chief of staff, or similar analytical roles.
• Preferred background includes management consulting, investment banking, or experience in fast-paced technology firms.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation software, with a capability to handle data integration from multiple systems.
• Proven experience managing routine reporting and planning processes or providing structured analytical support to senior leadership.
• Daily practical use of AI tools to enhance productivity and automate repetitive tasks, demonstrating genuine AI fluency.
• Familiarity with commercial elements like pipeline management, pricing, forecasting, and market strategies is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
