Responsibilities

• Assist guests, especially those coordinating meetings and conferences, by addressing their audio-visual and IT requirements, ensuring equipment functions properly.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of standard IT equipment such as PCs, laser projectors, audio speakers, TVs, DVD players, and CD-ROM players and their integration.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs for accessories like cables, adaptor plugs, projector screens, and other IT peripherals.
• Stay informed about the latest hardware, operating systems, application software, and supporting tools in the market.
• Advise senior management, including the hotel General Manager and Financial Controller, on IT expenditures and upgrade necessities.
• Provide IT support across all hotel departments as required.
