The Concierge position at Anantara Downtown Dubai, part of Anantara Hotels & Resorts, involves delivering exceptional guest service inspired by Thai culture and authentic hospitality. This role acts as a vital information source, diplomat, salesperson, ticket manager, hotel representative, and public relations agent, all performed with courtesy, efficiency, and a welcoming attitude to exceed guests' expectations.
Founded in 2001 in Thailand and now a global luxury hotel brand, Anantara prides itself on creating memorable experiences for guests in stunning locations around the world. The Concierge contributes by ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting business operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Proactively anticipate and respond to guest needs and inquiries to achieve complete satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s products, services, and the local area to assist guests effectively.
- Manage and oversee bell services and coordinate transportation operations smoothly.
