Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and WiFi issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and MS Office software.
- Provide software support to development teams.
- Deploy applications on AWS servers and Linux platforms.
- Manage website hosting and uploads in cloud environments.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in providing IT support services.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office applications, and Outlook configuration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Prior exposure to Linux server environments.
Eligibility and Education
Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
