Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Technology Operations professional specializing in Virtual Infrastructure with more than seven years of relevant experience. Key focus areas include Virtual Desktop, VDI, DaaS, end-user computing, infrastructure operations, and IT service management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support virtual desktop environments including Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Cloud PC, and DaaS platforms.
- Oversee virtual infrastructure components such as WEM, VDA, virtual applications, multisession environments, image and profile management, session reliability, capacity planning, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Analyze operational data, incident reports, and service metrics to identify opportunities for service enhancements.
- Develop operational reports, product requirements, and readiness strategies based on stakeholder needs.
- Apply ITIL best practices in incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Utilize scripting and automation tools like PowerShell to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain dashboards to monitor service health and enterprise virtual infrastructure operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, DaaS, IT infrastructure support, or IT service management roles.
- Proficient working knowledge of Citrix technologies and cloud platforms like Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 Cloud PC.
- Hands-on experience with WEM, VDA, virtual applications, and managing multisession and virtual environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and expertise in incident, problem, and change management.
- Strong skills in automation (preferably PowerShell) and performance monitoring.
- Ability to translate complex operational data into actionable insights and service enhancements.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree.
Compensation
The annual salary range is INR 2,500,000 to 3,500,000.
