Job Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned professional with over 7 years of experience in Endpoint Management, End User Computing, Workplace Technology, Infrastructure Operations, or IT Service Management. The role requires deep knowledge and hands-on skills in managing and securing endpoints across various platforms and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate endpoint administration tools including Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, JAMF, MobileIron/Ivanti.
- Oversee Windows and macOS endpoint management ensuring compliance and security.
- Handle Active Directory and Entra ID administration alongside Group Policy management.
- Implement Windows Autopilot, WSUS, software deployment, patch management, and MDM solutions.
- Lead incident and problem management efforts and monitor service health and operational reports.
- Engage with stakeholders for endpoint governance and foster automation and continuous enhancements.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in endpoint management or related IT operations.
- Proficiency with technologies like Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, JAMF, MobileIron/Ivanti.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS platform administration.
- Expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, and Windows Autopilot.
- Experience with WSUS, device compliance, software deployment, patch management, and endpoint security.
- Familiarity with incident and problem management, stakeholder engagement, and operational reporting.
Eligibility
