Key Responsibilities
- Handle employment applications by acknowledging requests within 48 hours and providing personalized, timely, and professional responses to all candidates.
- Arrange interviews on behalf of management and ensure CVs are forwarded to the relevant Heads of Department with follow-up.
- Ensure every applicant receives a final update regarding their employment status.
- Maintain the Kempinski recruitment website by posting all vacancies and keeping the hotel’s page current and well managed.
- Welcome new employees personally and complete all necessary onboarding documentation efficiently.
- Coordinate new joiners’ starting dates with respective Heads of Departments and the Training department.
- Maintain comprehensive employee files, update payroll and employment data in systems, and monitor vacation, sick leaves, and TTTTs (time tracking).
- Track employee anniversaries, coordinating the presentation of anniversary gifts and cards by appropriate management figures.
- Ensure employee communication boards are current and visually appealing, and manage upkeep of employee locker rooms and cafeterias.
- Provide a warm and approachable atmosphere for employees visiting the Human Resources office.
- Conduct exit interviews for departing employees and issue employment certificates to those who have fulfilled their notice periods on their final working day.
- Adapt and take on additional responsibilities as needed to meet the evolving requirements of the business and hotel.
