Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning tasks including resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and office spaces.
• Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization of all designated areas compliant with established protocols and safety standards.
• Keep accurate logs of cleaning operations and communicate any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Adhere strictly to infection prevention measures and universal precautions to sustain a hygienic environment.
• Engage courteously with residents, colleagues, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform all additional tasks as directed by leadership.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or an equivalent educational credential.
• Previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and communicate effectively with residents, staff, administration, and company leadership.
• Comply with organizational COVID-19 vaccination mandates.
• Be physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items up to 50 pounds, and able to stand, sit, bend, and walk for prolonged durations.
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks regularly and handle exposure to cleaning chemicals safely.
• Follow both written and verbal instructions diligently.
• Must reside within the service area of the facility.
