Job Overview

Compensation
The hourly wage ranges between $15.00 and $16.00 USD.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute various floor care duties such as cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors in resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
- Safely and effectively operate floor care machinery.
- Document floor care tasks and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and universal precautions to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Engage politely with residents, staff members, and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in floor care is an asset, though not required.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and company leadership to carry out daily responsibilities.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is mandatory.
- Physical ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 50 pounds; must be capable of standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended durations.
- Ability to consistently perform routine and repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working around food and cleaning chemicals.
- Able to follow both oral and written directions on a daily basis.
- Residency within the designated service area is required.
