About the Role
Red Robin Kelowna is seeking enthusiastic Hosts to join their front-of-house staff at 1920 Cooper Rd, Kelowna, BC. This position is ideal for individuals who are friendly, reliable, and enjoy engaging with guests. No prior restaurant experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally as they arrive.
- Manage the guest waitlist and give accurate wait-time updates.
- Seat guests efficiently while maintaining an organized table rotation.
- Coordinate with Servers and restaurant management to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Address guest inquiries and provide general information about the restaurant.
- Handle incoming restaurant phone calls when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the entrance, host area, and waiting space.
- Support the front-of-house team during busy periods with friendly assistance.
- Provide consistently courteous and helpful service throughout shifts.
