About the Role

Red Robin Prince George is seeking friendly and dependable Hosts to join the front-of-house team at our restaurant located at 1600 15th Ave #101, Prince George, BC. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with no prior restaurant experience necessary, as full training will be provided. As a Host, you serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and managing seating efficiently to create a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and friendliness
• Manage guest waitlists and accurately communicate expected wait times
• Seat guests and maintain an organized rotation of tables
• Coordinate with servers and restaurant leadership to manage guest flow seamlessly
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide general information about the restaurant
• Answer telephone calls when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere in the entrance, host stand, and waiting areas
• Assist the front-of-house team during busy periods to optimize service
• Deliver courteous and supportive service throughout shifts

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or restaurant settings is advantageous but not required.

• Starting pay of $18.25 per hour plus additional tip-out
