Red Robin Langley is currently seeking friendly and dependable Hosts to become part of our front-of-house team at our restaurant located at 19705 Fraser Hwy #530, Langley, BC V3A 7E9. This position is perfect for individuals interested in starting a career in the restaurant industry. Prior experience is not necessary as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival.
• Manage the waitlist and provide guests with accurate wait-time estimations.
• Seat guests efficiently while maintaining an orderly table rotation.
• Coordinate with servers and restaurant leadership to streamline guest flow and service.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide relevant restaurant information.
• Handle restaurant phone calls when needed to assist customers.
• Ensure the entrance, hosting area, and waiting spaces remain clean and inviting.
• Assist front-of-house team members during busy times to maintain smooth operations.
• Deliver friendly and attentive service throughout your shifts.
