Facilities Management Coordinator

Raytheon Australia seeks an experienced Facilities Management Coordinator to drive daily infrastructure functions, security, and safety services ensuring a safe, compliant, and functional environment for all occupants.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily operations ensuring all employees and visitors can safely perform tasks with access to maintained facilities, equipment, and amenities.
• Handle infrastructure assistance requests through workflow management systems promptly.
• Manage contractors to uphold facility efficiency, operational effectiveness, and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on building modifications and equipment upgrades.
• Maintain meticulous site records including facilities, security, environmental health and safety documentation, and maintenance schedules.
• Administer security responsibilities including ID issuance, access control, and visitor management.
• Support the EHS&W committee by addressing onsite environmental health and safety issues.
• Monitor and contribute to the operational budget oversight of the facility.

Requirements

• At least eight years of relevant professional or trade experience in project-based, operational, or technology environments.
• Advanced competence in technical or functional areas to drive business objectives.
• Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
• Valid Australian 'C' Class Driver's License.
• Commitment to complete Defence Security Officer Course within one year, Fire Warden Training and First Aid certification within three months of starting.
• Australian citizenship or eligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
