About the Role
Join a prestigious team supporting Australia's Defence by managing facility operations efficiently at our Henderson location. Raytheon Australia seeks an experienced Facilities Management Coordinator to drive daily infrastructure functions, security, and safety services ensuring a safe, compliant, and functional environment for all occupants.
Key Duties
- Oversee daily operations ensuring all employees and visitors can safely perform tasks with access to maintained facilities, equipment, and amenities.
- Handle infrastructure assistance requests through workflow management systems promptly.
- Manage contractors to uphold facility efficiency, operational effectiveness, and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on building modifications and equipment upgrades.
- Maintain meticulous site records including facilities, security, environmental health and safety documentation, and maintenance schedules.
- Administer security responsibilities including ID issuance, access control, and visitor management.
- Support the EHS&W committee by addressing onsite environmental health and safety issues.
- Monitor and contribute to the operational budget oversight of the facility.
Requirements
- At least eight years of relevant professional or trade experience in project-based, operational, or technology environments.
- Advanced competence in technical or functional areas to drive business objectives.
- Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
- Valid Australian 'C' Class Driver's License.
- Commitment to complete Defence Security Officer Course within one year, Fire Warden Training and First Aid certification within three months of starting.
- Australian citizenship or eligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
