Façade Site Engineer

About the Role

RNT Maclaren Industries is recruiting an experienced Façade Site Engineer to join their project team and oversee façade installation operations on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage façade installation activities at the project location.
• Ensure all curtain wall systems, aluminium doors, windows, cladding, and other façade elements are installed in accordance with approved designs and technical specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Track site progress, manpower deployment, materials usage, as well as quality and safety adherence.
• Identify and resolve any technical and installation challenges encountered during the process.
• Confirm the completion of works and assist with inspections and obtaining necessary approvals.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 7 years of practical experience working on façade site engineering tasks.
• Demonstrated expertise in curtain wall systems, aluminum doors, windows, cladding, and related façade installation.
• Proficient in interpreting shop drawings, technical specifications, and installation details.
• Excellent coordination skills with strong problem-solving abilities on site.
• Good communication skills and capacity to manage teamwork efficiently.
• Thorough understanding of quality control and safety protocols applicable to construction sites.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Doha, Qatar with RNT Maclaren Industries.
