Role Overview
We seek an Executive Search Partner to lead comprehensive senior and executive recruitment processes, from initial briefing to successful candidate placement. This role emphasizes building talent pipelines, sourcing high-caliber candidates, managing interview processes, and ensuring outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end executive searches for senior roles, including strategy formulation, shortlisting, offering, and closing.
- Develop and sustain talent pipelines and market maps for core product and function areas; oversee candidate outreach and relationships.
- Identify passive candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and events; manage employer branding touchpoints.
- Administer structured interviews with assessment scorecards; guide hiring managers on candidate evaluation and calibration.
- Lead offer negotiations and closing procedures, including compensation benchmarking and reference verification.
- Monitor, report, and enhance recruitment KPIs and candidate satisfaction metrics; collaborate with People Analytics to assess hire quality and productivity timelines.
- Advise hiring managers on inclusive and effective hiring practices.
- Maintain candidate data quality in ATS systems and ensure compliance with GDPR and other local regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of executive search experience, either in-house or with retained search firms.
- Demonstrated success recruiting mid-senior to executive-level roles (Director, VP, C-suite, or similar).
- Preferred background includes recruitment for technology sectors such as SaaS, Platforms, FinTech, Consumer Tech, or high-risk industries like gambling, dating, or gaming.
- Experience with recruitment across EMEA and familiarity with the CIS technology ecosystem.
