Primary Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute executive search strategies targeting C-level, managerial, and specialized expert positions.
- Establish internal hiring standards, methodologies, and frameworks tailored for leadership recruitment.
- Integrate industry best practices in candidate sourcing, pipeline management, assessment, and offer procedures.
- Develop a proactive talent pipeline for leadership roles and map market talent to anticipate future hiring needs.
- Promote Social Discovery Group's leadership brand externally to appeal to current and future managerial talent.
- Recruit, mentor, and supervise a team of Executive Search recruiters, managing KPIs, SLAs, and performance evaluations.
- Serve as a strategic consultant to the Founder, C-level executives, and senior stakeholders, leading sensitive and critical hiring initiatives.
- Create advanced assessment tools focusing on competencies, leadership potential, motivation, and cultural compatibility.
- Design and enhance end-to-end executive search workflows and integrate automation using ATS/CRM tools.
- Develop an analytics framework to provide executive reporting and insights on market trends, compensation, and talent availability.
- Strengthen the executive talent brand and employer value proposition at the leadership tier.
Candidate Requirements
- At least three years of hands-on Executive Search experience, including recruiting C-level personnel.
- Proven track record in international executive recruitment.
- Two to three years of leadership experience managing recruitment teams, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing mentoring.
- Expertise in market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitive analysis.
- Experience in developing and standardizing executive search processes and technologies within an organization.
- Proficiency with metrics, analytics, and recruitment reporting.
- Language proficiency: English at B2+ level and Russian at C1+ level.
