Role Overview
Join a dynamic team of 8 to 10 members as an Equipment Engineer in the Diffusion module, responsible for maintaining equipment performance, reliability, and quality to meet production demands. This role requires active coordination with cross-functional groups such as Process, Operations, Project Management, and Quality departments, working across diverse cultures to troubleshoot issues and lead improvement projects focused on cost and productivity enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure sustained optimal functionality and reliability of diffusion equipment by implementing robust solutions.
- Engage with interdisciplinary teams to diagnose equipment problems and develop corrective measures.
- Lead projects aimed at enhancing equipment efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity increases.
- Participate in installation and commissioning of new equipment alongside vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Utilize real-time monitoring tools, including sensors connected to microcontrollers (like STM32) and Raspberry Pi platforms, to facilitate fault detection and control (FDC).
- Deliver technical presentations and reports to stakeholders regarding equipment status and enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Internet of Things (IoT), or Network Engineering.
- Experience with sensor integration, real-time monitoring systems, and alarm frameworks.
- Competence in troubleshooting and repairing semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Technical expertise with microcontroller programming and deploying equipment monitoring solutions.

Minimum education
