EWS Process Engineer

Role Overview

• Optimize processes, tools, and systems to ensure top-tier product quality and productivity in EWS operations.
• Support daily manufacturing activities by conducting real-time problem analysis and implementing immediate solutions.
• Enhance quality yield in test processes and address process or product deviations such as excursions and RMAs promptly.
• Provide cross-functional support across departments and EWS units according to priority and need.
• Contribute to cost reduction initiatives to uphold cost efficiency.
• Gain thorough understanding of process flows and develop operating procedures accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree or diploma in electronics, mechanical engineering, or related sciences, accompanied by engineering experience.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge or experience with Design of Experiment (DOE), 8D methodology, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is advantageous.
• Fluent command of English.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork within and across various departments.
