• Prepare products following company guidelines when required.
• Answer and process phone orders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned workspaces and equipment daily.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing.
• Process orders correctly in person and over the phone.
• Deliver professional customer service and perform service recovery if necessary.
• Handle monetary transactions precisely, including change calculation.
• Accurately perform basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Enter orders using computer keyboards or touchscreens.
