Job Overview
This is a full-time, hands-on General Manager position at Domino's, offering the potential career progression to franchise ownership. Last year, General Managers at our locations earned an average annual salary of $103,000. We provide competitive compensation, health insurance benefits, and paid time off. Candidates should have fast food or restaurant management experience, as well as flexibility to work during our hours of operation.
Working Hours
- Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM
- Friday and Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM
Vehicle and License Requirements
Since part of your training involves delivery, candidates are required to hold a valid Florida driver's license and possess a reliable, insured vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise your team during shifts, managing staff ranging from 3 to 30 employees.
- Oversee all store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare products quickly and precisely, following portion sizes and recipes exactly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the restaurant.
- Uphold a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience managing teams in a fast food or restaurant environment.
- Ability to motivate staff and foster a positive and productive workplace.
- Valid Florida driver's license and insured vehicle.
- Strong leadership qualities to act as a role model for employees.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
