About the Role
This is a full-time, hands-on General Manager position with potential progression toward franchise ownership. Last year, General Managers in this role averaged an annual income of $103,000. The company offers competitive compensation along with health insurance and paid time off benefits. Previous experience in fast food or restaurant management is highly preferred.
Candidates must be available to work during all operational hours: Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM, and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM. As delivery is part of the training process, applicants must hold a valid Florida driver's license and have access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead team members throughout shifts, managing a staff ranging from 3 to 30 individuals.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth daily running.
- Assist walk-in customers directly, providing excellent service.
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare all menu items swiftly and precisely, following specific portion sizes and recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
- Adhere strictly to Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards by maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in team leadership within a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, can-do attitude complemented by motivational skills to organize staff effectively.
- Ability to ensure staff members are in the right place, at the right time, to perform the required duties, fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Possession of a valid Florida driver's license and insured reliable vehicle.
- Mature, responsible role model whom others look up to.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
