Customer Advisor - TradePoint

Overview

B&Q Waterford is seeking a dedicated Customer Advisor for its TradePoint counter to join on a permanent contract working 36.75 hours weekly. The role involves working shifts from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, offering a notional hourly pay rate of 15.45, increasing to 18.75 on Sundays.

Role Summary

As the central figure at the TradePoint counter, you will engage daily with a variety of trade members. Your responsibilities include developing strong relationships by understanding your trade members and their businesses, enabling you to recommend the best-suited products and services efficiently.
