Overview
Join B&Q in Rhyl, Wales as a full-time Shift Lead working 36.75 hours weekly on a permanent contract with an annual full-time equivalent salary of 27,709.50 plus pension and 6.6 weeks holiday entitlement. This role requires holding a keyholder position with shifts that start as early as 6am and end as late as 10pm.
Role Summary
As a Shift Lead, you will play a vital part in maintaining a safe shopping and work environment. You will oversee daily store operations, ensuring a positive experience for customers and colleagues alike. You will be responsible for effective team deployment to deliver excellent customer service and act as the primary point of contact during your shift. Ensuring store safety is a central focus throughout your responsibilities.
