Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and friendly customer service consistently.
- Operate various positions including drive-thru and fryer stations without hesitation.
- Maintain inventory by replenishing supplies such as ketchup, straws, and cups as needed.
- Collaborate and assist fellow team members and customers.
- Follow directions promptly and contribute to maintaining workplace standards.
- Identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Profile
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude, treating everyone respectfully.
- Adaptable to different tasks and able to manage multiple responsibilities calmly.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills in food preparation and customer service.
- Commitment to doing the right thing and upholding brand quality standards.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout the majority of the shift.
- Capable of lifting items between 25 to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Comfortable working in varied weather conditions including rain and heat.
- Proficiency with restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headset communication devices.
