What You'll Do
- Engage with customers and provide excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform versatile tasks such as managing the drive-thru, preparing fries, or restocking supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by replenishing low items like ketchup, straws, and cups.
- Work collaboratively with the team to support operational needs and respond to directions effectively.
- Adhere to brand standards and utilize restaurant equipment including registers, grills, and headsets.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Possess strong social skills and maintain professionalism, as if under the watchful eye of a respected elder.
- Be reliable, eager to learn, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities without undue stress.
- Commit to standing and moving throughout shifts, with the ability to lift between 25 to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Adapt to working in various conditions such as drive-thru weather challenges or outdoor trash handling.
