Role Overview

The Client Order & Fulfillment Specialist is vital in ensuring a flawless order processing experience for clients. This role involves managing the entire order fulfillment procedure, promptly handling complex client queries, and encouraging ongoing enhancements within fulfillment operations. Taking ownership and problem-solving to provide stellar service will enhance customer satisfaction and operational success.

Key Requirements

• Strong client service abilities, adept at managing complex inquiries and escalations tactfully
• Excellent organizational capabilities with keen attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, paired with a proactive and self-motivated approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow is beneficial
• Adaptability, a mindset geared towards continuous improvement, and ability to work well independently and collaboratively
