This position is dedicated to acquiring new enterprise clients and broadening business within current accounts. The role emphasizes revenue growth by promoting Supermicro's comprehensive solutions portfolio, fostering multi-level executive relationships, and ensuring organizational alignment to secure high-value deals. Key Responsibilities
- Target, secure, and grow enterprise accounts in sectors such as AI training/inference, HPC, data platforms, cloud, IoT, and edge computing.
- Establish and nurture multi-threaded, executive-level relationships within large, complex organizations.
- Lead collaborative efforts with critical industry alliances and technology partners.

- Analyze market trends and signals to identify new sales opportunities and develop industry-specific strategies, including sectors like Finance, Public Sector, Telecommunications/Media, Manufacturing, Retail, and Energy.
- Maintain strict discipline in managing sales pipeline accuracy, advancing deals with defined next steps, and providing reliable forecasting.
- Work cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10+ years' experience in enterprise business development or strategic sales related to infrastructure—servers, storage, AI/HPC, cloud, edge—with evidence of securing new clients and promoting design-in sales.
- Proven capabilities in generating pipelines and managing intricate, multi-stakeholder sales engagements involving IT, lines of business, procurement, and partners.
- Demonstrated success in driving enterprise business development and sales across the EMEA region.
- Skill in translating technical content into vertical-focused value propositions that link workload and architecture choices to measurable business outcomes in conversations with executives.
- Strong commitment to process discipline with excellent pipeline maintenance, clear communications (written and oral), and confident executive presence.
