Job description
Position Overview
Eureka Villages is seeking a dedicated Assistant Park Manager to join our all-ages community at Sunset Beach Holiday Park in Geraldton, Western Australia. This permanent full-time role involves supporting daily park operations, engaging with residents, and assisting the Park Manager to ensure seamless community management and high standards across the park.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with everyday park management and administrative duties, including maintaining records, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely task completion.
- Deliver a warm, welcoming experience to current and potential residents by managing enquiries, application processes, move-ins, and general resident assistance.
- Help drive occupancy and foster community engagement by promoting the park, addressing prospective resident questions, and contributing to activities that nurture belonging.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, liaise with contractors, and uphold property standards to guarantee a safe and well-maintained park environment.
- Collaborate closely with the Park Manager and onsite staff, providing support where needed to maintain operational, safety, and compliance protocols.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in fields such as administration, customer service, hospitality, real estate, property management, accommodation, or community-related roles is beneficial.
- Excellent administrative skills with strong computer proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and relationship-building capabilities, with a genuine passion for resident service and support.
- Practical, proactive mindset with the ability to juggle priorities, resolve problems effectively, and follow tasks through to completion.
- Adaptability to work collaboratively with team members while also managing responsibilities independently when necessary.
