About the Role
The Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in operating a successful restaurant focused on achieving McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. This role involves managing daily activities to ensure customer satisfaction, profit generation, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in running the restaurant efficiently and profitably.
- Maintain strict adherence to company standards regarding quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Help recruit and train Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership team.
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants will have prior management experience, preferably in fast-paced, high-volume quick service restaurant environments, with hospitality or retail experience also considered. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to hold a manager position within this franchise.
