About the Role

The General Manager is accountable for operating a profitable restaurant while ensuring compliance with McDonald's high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, guiding them in setting departmental targets, monitoring their progress, and offering coaching to enhance performance. Improving individual departments directly contributes to the restaurant's overall success. Additionally, the General Manager may oversee recruitment and development of Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for the future.

Candidate Profile

Ideal applicants have previous General Manager experience managing busy locations, preferably within quick service restaurants or related sectors like hospitality or retail. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to hold a managerial role in corporate-operated McDonald's restaurants.
