Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Architect position based in Lucknow involves developing architectural concepts, drafting detailed plans, and coordinating with consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior requirements accurately. Responsibilities include conducting regular site visits, reviewing designs, collaborating with project teams to solve technical issues, and preserving design quality. The role demands managing project schedules, participating in client discussions, and ensuring adherence to local building codes and regulatory standards. The architect will also contribute to preparing documentation, presentations, and iterative design refinements throughout all stages of the project.

Qualifications and Skills

• Solid grounding in architectural principles and the ability to convert conceptual ideas into executable architectural designs.
• Project management experience involving cross-disciplinary team coordination and timeline oversight.
• Understanding of the seamless integration between architectural work and structural, service, and interior design elements.
• Basic familiarity with software development concepts advantageous for enhancing workflows and digital collaboration.
• Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, plus presentation tools.
• Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and permit processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and teamwork skills enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders on-site.
