Role Mission

As a 3DEXPERIENCE Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping future PLM process and system developments by applying your expert knowledge of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. This involves aligning technological solutions with business goals by collaborating with stakeholders, modeling processes, and facilitating workshops to produce detailed process documentation, use cases, and functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your extensive expertise in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and the Value Engagement framework to define and drive PLM strategies.
• Analyze current AS-IS processes and design TO-BE workflows, conducting workshops to enhance or innovate business processes.
• Provide strategic leadership to synchronize tools, procedures, and user requirements to maximize PLM system ROI.
• Support clients in making well-informed decisions regarding processes and system customizations, balancing immediate needs with long-term plans.
• Lead interviews and workshops, deliver presentations, and meticulously document findings with creativity and precision.
• Employ proficiency in office software and related tools to back PLM initiatives.
• Be open to travel across Western Europe as needed for client engagements.

Candidate Profile

• At least 8 years of experience in PLM consulting or solution architecture, with minimum 4 years focused on 3DEXPERIENCE projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record as the senior technical architect on at least two full-lifecycle PLM implementations.
• Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in French, German, or another European language is highly valued.
• Possess Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform certifications or demonstrable equivalent expertise.
• Display strong executive presence and confidence when engaging with C-level leadership.
