Role Overview

The Architect position is a full-time role situated in Thiruvananthapuram with a hybrid work arrangement allowing for some tasks to be completed remotely. The incumbent will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, producing detailed technical drawings and 3D models, and ensuring designs meet client specifications, budget constraints, and project schedules. Close collaboration with construction and interior design teams is essential to maintain design integrity during execution, uphold quality benchmarks, and comply with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include site inspections, design evaluations, client consultations to refine proposals, resolving project challenges, and facilitating smooth project delivery.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proficient in architectural design fundamentals including concept creation, space planning, technical detailing, and knowledge of local building regulations.
• Experienced in project management practices—coordinating cross-disciplinary teams, managing timelines, budgets, and overseeing the transition from design to construction.
• Skilled in aligning architectural design with construction and interior design to ensure cohesive project outcomes and minimize execution gaps.
• Capable of integrating with software development teams to utilize design technologies such as BIM, CAD, and other visualization tools for enhanced project coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or equivalents, combined with strong visual, technical, and analytical abilities.
• Holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree or comparable professional credential; professional licensure is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities suited for hybrid work environments and skilled in interacting with clients, contractors, and collaborators.
• Previous exposure to residential or design-build projects within India, particularly in Kerala, is highly advantageous.
