Job description
Role Overview
Join us as a Visual Merchandising Partner, where you will craft engaging and visually attractive window displays designed to draw customers into our stores and inspire them to explore our products. Your role entails creating a compelling shopping journey for every visitor to our shop floor by maintaining outstanding merchandising and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain industry-leading standards in merchandising and product presentation on a daily basis.
- Efficiently manage changes related to seasonal displays and store layout with minimal disruption to customers.
- Exhibit adaptability by supporting various areas within the branch and different departments as needed.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and branch teams to share expertise and enhance overall performance of departments and branches.
- Handle stock and system processes vigilantly to reduce business risks and loss.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong creativity paired with keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience working effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Qualifications in Display or Design disciplines.
- Background in creating impactful displays.
- Prior experience within a retail environment.
