About the Internship
Join Sedani Digital Private Limited as a Human Resources intern and gain hands-on experience in recruitment while improving your English communication skills. This remote, part-time internship provides the opportunity to engage in various HR activities within a dynamic software product company.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and extending job offers.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms and social media to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct resume screening and initial telephone interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Participate in career fairs and networking events to enhance the company’s employer branding.
- Assist with onboarding procedures and coordinate employee orientation sessions.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.
