About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to engage deeply in recruitment functions by connecting with potential candidates daily. As a Recruitment Consultant intern, you will actively engage in sourcing qualified individuals for varied roles, mainly within retail, luxury, and jewelry sectors, ensuring a smooth hiring process from outreach to interview coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Make between 80 to 100 calls each day to potential candidates to generate outreach.
- Clearly articulate job descriptions and resolve any candidate questions during calls.
- Complete all candidate calls within a designated timeframe of 11 AM to 5 PM.
- Record calls to support quality control and training improvements.
- Screen applicants to evaluate eligibility and readiness for hiring processes.
- Identify and shortlist candidates who show interest and fit the required profiles.
- Arrange interviews between qualified candidates and company managers.
- Ensure continued communication and coordination for seamless interview scheduling.
- Accurately maintain candidate profiles and details within TeleCRM software.
- Record and monitor daily calling activities and prepare detailed reports of these engagements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to work entirely from home.
- Availability to commence the internship between September 9, 2026, and October 14, 2026.
- Commitment to the internship duration of six months.
- Possession of relevant skills and an interest in recruitment and communication roles.
