About the Internship

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Peklenc Research, you will be actively involved in the end-to-end recruitment process. Your daily activities will focus on sourcing candidates through various channels including job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks. You'll apply Boolean search techniques to precisely identify suitable applicants. Reviewing and screening resumes to assess qualifications, skills, and job fit will be a significant responsibility. You will conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidates' communication skills, availability, and enthusiasm for the position. Maintaining ongoing communication through calls, messages, and emails is essential to build relationships with candidates.

Besides candidate interaction, you will coordinate interview schedules between applicants and the HR/hiring team, ensuring a seamless process. You will also be tasked with regularly updating candidate databases and recruitment trackers using MS Excel or Google Sheets, thereby supporting data accuracy. Additional duties include assisting with job postings and refining sourcing strategies to establish a robust talent pipeline. This role provides a hands-on opportunity for those desiring to gain practical recruitment experience and develop a career in HR and Talent Acquisition within a dynamic, expanding company.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship.
• The internship start date should fall between September 9, 2026, and October 14, 2026.
• A commitment to the full 3-month internship duration is required.
• Relevant skills and interests in recruitment and talent acquisition are necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong command over both verbal and written communication.
• Fundamental knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment records.
• Good interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating with potential candidates.
• Effective organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to comprehend job descriptions and identify matching candidate profiles.
• Willingness to proactively reach out to candidates and follow up throughout the hiring process.
• A keen eagerness to learn and grow in recruitment and talent acquisition domains.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively with the HR team.

Additional Details

The internship is paid, offering a monthly stipend between INR 10,000 and INR 15,000. Successful interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion.
