Join Vega Visionary, an innovative EdTech company transforming adaptive learning through cutting-edge AI technology. This remote internship focuses on developing advanced AI agent orchestration frameworks and AI-driven educational tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop agent orchestration systems using LangChain to enable large language models (LLMs) to plan, interact with tools, and evaluate results.
- Select appropriate orchestration patterns such as single-agent loops, supervisor/subagent models, or graph-based multi-step flows.
- Construct and sustain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines supported by vector databases.
- Create, version, and maintain reusable, testable 'skills' that agents can invoke autonomously.
- Implement evaluation and observability pipelines via Langfuse to track runs, score outputs, and identify regressions.
- Design agent memory architectures using Mem0 and Zep to manage session memory and utilization.
- Develop and uphold Python APIs to expose agent capabilities to other product components.
- Determine when tasks require human-in-the-loop reviews or automated LLM assessments and build corresponding systems.
- Enforce safeguards at action points of agents by authorizing tools and validating outcomes.
- Diagnose multi-step and multi-agent execution failures through comprehensive tracing.
- Balance model capabilities, cost, and latency by routing tasks appropriately across multiple models.
- Deploy and scale agent systems on GPU infrastructure ensuring capacity, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
- Maintain a well-organized, version-controlled code repository on GitHub with clear commits and review protocols to support system adaptability amid evolving models, tools, and APIs.
Candidate Requirements
- Availability for a remote internship starting between August 18, 2026 and September 22, 2026 with a commitment of 6 months.
- Proven abilities or keen interest aligned with AI development and orchestration technologies.
- Experience or familiarity with multi-provider model routing for optimizing cost and latency.
- Knowledge of security vulnerabilities specific to large language models and agent-driven frameworks.
- Hands-on experience conducting offline (pre-deployment) and online (production) evaluations.
- Exposure to alternative orchestration platforms such as CrewAI or LangGraph is desirable.
- Experience working with various vector databases or memory management systems beyond the primary technologies used.
- Prior involvement in building similar system architectures from scratch, preferably in early-stage startups.

Compensation and Benefits
The internship stipend ranges from INR 13,000 to 17,000 per month, comprising a fixed monthly amount between INR 12,000 and 15,000 plus performance-based incentives from INR 1,000 to 2,000 monthly.
Participants will also receive a certificate upon completion.
