About the Role
Join Vega Visionary Training FZE as a Graphic Design Intern working remotely from Dubai. This internship offers the chance to engage with cutting-edge EdTech solutions focused on AI-driven adaptive learning pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed, high-quality user interface designs for web and mobile platforms, ensuring smooth translation of requirements into polished visuals.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system encompassing typography, color schemes, spacing, and reusable components to guarantee consistency as the product scales.
- Design original illustrations and custom iconography using Illustrator to impart a unique aesthetic beyond generic graphics.
- Craft and animate UI micro-interactions and onboarding sequences using tools like Rive, including states for loading, transitions, empty views, and celebratory moments.
- Leverage AI-based design and image generation technologies such as Midjourney and Adobe Firefly to accelerate ideation and produce concept art or final assets.
- Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate screens and animations prior to development.
- Design marketing materials including social media graphics, flyers, posters, and campaign visuals using Canva and Illustrator, adhering to the established brand identity.
- Provide quick turnaround visual content to support marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
- Continuously improve and iterate on existing designs based on team feedback.
- Document design guidelines and specifications for seamless handoff to engineering teams.

Additional Skills and Experience
- Basic photography and video editing skills for social and marketing content.
- Experience designing for diverse markets with considerations for localization, right-to-left layouts, and cultural nuances.
- Prior involvement in early-stage startups focusing on building design systems and developing a cohesive visual language.
- Familiarity with brand identity creation, including logo development and brand guidelines.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from 13,000 to 17,000 Indian Rupees, composed of a fixed pay between 12,000 and 15,000 and an incentive component of 1,000 to 2,000.
- Certificate awarded upon successful completion of the internship.
