This internship involves sourcing candidates using job portals and social media platforms, screening and shortlisting appropriate applicants, scheduling and coordinating interviews along with candidate follow-ups, maintaining records and recruitment trackers, and assisting the HR team in daily recruitment tasks. The core objective is to effectively identify, evaluate, and hire the right talent for various job openings.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time internship based in the office.
- Internship start date must fall between 5th September 2026 and 10th October 2026.
- Availability for the entire 6-month duration of the internship is mandatory.
- Applicants should be residents of Nagpur.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging between INR 13,000 and INR 25,000, consisting of a fixed pay portion of ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 and incentive pay from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000.
