About the Internship
Join the Human Resources team at Transcendence and gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations. You will be engaged in sourcing candidates from various job portals, screening resumes, conducting preliminary candidate interviews, and coordinating the interview scheduling process. The role also involves maintaining recruitment databases, assisting in walk-in hiring events, and managing candidate documentation, providing exposure to the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates through multiple online platforms.
- Evaluate resumes to shortlist suitable applicants.
- Perform initial communication and screenings with candidates.
- Organize and coordinate interview schedules efficiently.
- Track candidates' interview status and follow up accordingly.
- Maintain accurate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with on-site hiring drives and recruitment events.
- Support daily recruitment operations alongside the HR team.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of recruitment records.
- Gain comprehensive understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
