Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly receive and bid farewell to guests arriving at or departing from W Sydney.
- Hold and open doors for guests to enhance their arrival and departure experience.
- Assist with luggage handling or direct the Wheels Attendant to provide support as necessary.
- Manage vehicle, taxi, and valet movements at the hotel's entrance to maintain order and efficiency.
- Observe and promptly report any suspicious or unusual occurrences to Security or Management personnel.
- Provide guests with directions and basic information about the hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Collaborate with teams including Welcome Desk, Concierge, Wheels, and Security to ensure seamless operations.
- Keep the entrance area and Ground Floor seating clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Respond to special guest requests and attend to VIP visitors professionally.
- Consistently represent W Sydney with professionalism, courtesy, and excellent hospitality.
- Promote hotel amenities and services to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and ethical conduct in all interactions.
- Log all guest inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups.
