Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled commercial butcher with a positive mindset and strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in the butchery trade, including comprehensive product knowledge and proficient meat cutting and preparation abilities. Good organizational and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to build strong relationships and understand their specific business and product requirements.
• Prepare orders according to customers' specifications.
• Maintain adherence to health, safety, and legal standards consistently.
• Manage stock levels through effective stock control procedures.
