Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with technical and product managers to define project scope and plan activities effectively
• Design and implement architectural strategies that guide the development process

• Maintain high-quality code through regular code reviews and proactive defect prevention
• Work within small agile teams to create integrated, reusable software products within short design cycles and provide thorough documentation

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong foundation in Core Java programming and software design principles
• Extensive expertise in J2EE technologies focusing on Spring Framework, JPA, and Hibernate
• Advanced skills in developing Spring Boot applications with RESTful Web Services and Microservices architecture
• Proficient with relational database management systems, particularly MySQL
• Experience documenting APIs and code using standard tools such as POSTMAN and Swagger
• Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Basic knowledge of caching mechanisms like Redis and search/index platforms such as Elastic Search
• Practical experience working in agile environments including Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies
