Wireless Workforce Management System Engineer

About the Role

We are looking to hire a motivated Wireless Workforce Management System professional with a minimum of three years’ industry experience to join our team in Singapore. This role requires working onsite at our workplace to contribute effectively to various projects involving workforce management solutions and related enterprise systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Possess prior experience or familiarity with Workforce Management Systems, mobile field applications, or enterprise-level applications such as SAP.
• Design, develop, and implement field service and workforce management systems, with proven experience on platforms like Verisae ViryaNet G4 or Accruent vField.
• Ensure seamless and real-time updating of job statuses, meter readings, and subsequent actions through mobile or tablet-based workforce management solutions.
• Engage in system upgrades, rigorous testing, and rollout of digital enhancements or change requests pertaining to workforce management systems and associated platforms.
• Implement scalable solutions for meter data collection to enhance efficiency in field operations.
• Utilize microservices architecture and event-driven frameworks powered by Apache Kafka for scalable real-time event handling and communication between system components.
• Promote continuous integration/continuous delivery processes and automate DevOps pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, alongside cloud technologies.
• Develop comprehensive documentation covering technical aspects, functionalities, and operational guidelines for software and systems.
• Participate in all phases of software lifecycle including design, architecture, development, integration, testing, and ongoing support.
• Drive project deliverables ensuring alignment with defined requirements and timelines.
